Further down the page there is a link to contact support if an issue occurs such as can't get access or download videos, ebooks and MP3 audios. Keep in mind the 'Just getting started?' section is the only area where you can contact support. There is another way to get support or ask questions if not a member. Simply go to the official website where there's a 'Call Now (toll-free number) and 'Need Help link right below it to send an email. You'll also find the FAQ there as well.
Getting back to the member's area... Further down the page is a comment area where you and other members can communicate, ask questions and provide answers. Keep in mind, however, this is not the place to get support but I give Kris props for allowing members to share there experiences with each other and interact with Kris with questions and answers.
There's also a rating system in this area that allows you to rate the yoga program. This tells me Kris is open to improving the member's area and Shapeshifter Yoga training program. However, the rating system isn't available in every section which I discovered later on.
If you don't like the idea of downloading ebooks, audios and videos to your computer or device, simply click the link to open the file in another tab inside your browser. But keep in mind that it's probably a good idea to download everything to your computer or device anyway - just in case you no longer have access to the ShapeshifterYoga website or it goes offline for some reason. Downloading everything to an external hard drive might be a good idea if wanting to conserve memory space on your computer.

There are two videos here (Shapeshifter Yoga Program & Shapeshifter Flow) to watch on/offline as well. Keep in mind that each and every video, audio and ebook have their own comment section related to the subject matter.
The 'Shapeshifter Flow video is pretty interesting because once you master each posture exercise, you go into the advance stage where you complete 5-10 reps of the shorter flow for a great top to bottom training session. In other words, the video walks you through three repetitions of the Flow which incorporates a series of individual posture exercises that you learned earlier.
This is where you start to maximize your workout efforts for greater results over a 20 minute span, 3 times per week. You'll feel the positive affects even more so than single posture exercises.
However, you will probably have to stop and play the video many times over to get everything down pat which brings me to the following...
Think about downloading all the videos to your computer and connect the computer to a small/large screen television. A special video/audio cable connector will be needed to connect the TV and computer. Easy, relaxing, and FUN way to lose the flab, lose the inches, and lose the stress
All in all, the picture/sound quality for each video and MP3 audio and ebook readability are very good. The ebooks also come with many yoga picture diagrams which show each move and posture when attempting to perform a particular exercise.All the videos that I reviewed were very short and easy to follow. Kris demonstrates all yoga positions herself in each video and makes references when to inhale and exhale in each exercise. The breathing technique is nothing new but is essential to any and all types of exercise, yoga included. Don't worry if you never downloaded anything from the web before, Kris provides instructions on how to download ebooks, videos and audio files.
For the most part, I simply clicked the ebook, video or audio link to open the file in a new tab inside my browser and viewed the content online. Getting around the member's area is quite simple so there shouldn't be a problem finding what you want once you get familiar with things. Then again, some members had issues downloading some of the content. I didn't experience any issues downloading files but if an issue occurs, just contact support for help.
Shapeshifter Yoga Review – Pros and Cons
ProsFor those who tried different weight loss products, exercises, gyms and exercising equipment with less results in the past or couldn't keep up with their workout regimen day in and day out, Shapeshifter Yoga doesn't require a lot of your time, space or high energy performance like some instructors who believe in the 'No Pain... No Gain' route – Kris teaches a more relaxed performance and how to get the most out of it.
This may be the best solution for those experiencing joint issues. When done correctly yoga doesn't put a lot of pressure on your joints. One hour per week isn't a lot to ask to get ones body and cardio in shape.

Kris starts with simple individualize exercises and once you become familiar with them, she upgrades your regimen to what is called, the 'flow' where a series of exercises are put together for maximum results.As for the cost to workout with a yoga instructor, it can be rather high and we all know time is money. Going to the gym after a hard days work and perhaps dealing with family may be hard to find extra free time. And for those who may be retired, or senior citizens, there's always the matter of joint issues, among other physical issues. The Shape shifter Yoga program can be the ideal fitness system where other solutions failed in overall health, mental and emotional stability, sex, sleep, stress, etc.
Cons
Some members experienced a little difficulty downloading some of the content. I'm not sure if they are new to downloading stuff off the web or the instructions that Kris provided just didn't get through. However, I experienced no difficulty when downloading the content to my computer.
Perhaps Kris need to create an instructional video on how to download the content for some members to see. This in the long run may prove to be very helpful to new members in my opinion.
Since there is a no on-hands yoga instructor that you can visit or call on the phone, you must be a self-starter and should be able to motivate yourself to reach a goal. If feeling the effects from workouts doesn't seem to come fast enough or you're not sure of the instructions, the comment section gives you the opportunity to see what other members are saying as well as see questions and answers. You may also want to join the group and post your own question but don't expect a one hour response with answer from other members or from Kris.
If you think that all the digital downloadable videos, ebooks and audios included in the member's area with support, advice, secrets, techniques and comment sections for questions and answers will be costly, think again. The price is only $27 USD which is payable in two installments.
After your initial payment to become a Shapeshifter Yoga member, the next billing occurs in 30 days. That's a grand total of $54 USD where Kris meets you have way. If you become dissatisfied within the 60 day money back guarantee or better yet within 30 days, you can exercise you right to a full refund. Conclusion
From reading sales page to reviewing everything in the member's area that Kris is offering, anyone who thinks Yoga is nothing more than a person stretching and what seems to be some awkward poses is sadly mistaken. I must admit that when reviewing this program a feeling came over me that made me feel I can do this and perhaps employ the exercises into my current regimen of workouts.

The idea of not putting a lot of pressure on your joints might be the deal maker to try this fitness program out. There is nothing hard about a 60 minute weekly yoga workout when everything is done in a relaxed state.Seems pretty reasonable and quite the opposite of those hardcore video workouts seen on TV. Kris says you can burn off 7 calories per minute (420 cal. an hour) when doing yoga compared to a hour of running.
